11/30/25: everyone is freaking out thinking that the blackout shopping movement was not successful because there was a 4% increase in sales compared to last year. But these numbers do not take into account the rise in inflation, or in other words, the increase in prices across all sectors and product lines. In actuality, less items were purchased.
